Happy 25th Anniversary, Delilah’s!
To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the legendary Chicago punk rock whisky bar, Delilah’s, we have once again created a limited edition Scotch whisky in collaboration with owner and whisky enthusiast, Mike Miller.

Appearance – This blended whisky is mid Amber in colour, it beads up on the swirl line, with thick syrupy legs.
Nose – We’re straight into cherryade, menthol, and stoned fruits, cereals, cherry drop sweets, a savoury meat note, and flapjack. There are hints of darker fruits but they are quite light and rather allusive.
Palate – Lemon drizzle cake is the initial flavour, lovely pastry notes, lemon cheesecake, honey, perhaps some plums, with raisins, figs, lemonade, oak, milk chocolate, hand rolling tobacco, wood varnish, and it’s quite oily on the lips.
Finish – It’s quite long, slightly spicy, some oak, milk chocolate again, and cocktail cherries.
My thoughts – I have to say that the Oloroso Sherry finished whiskies in this blend are quite light, it’s no sherry bomb, but I do really like the flavours it has got.
Would I buy a bottle? – For me it’d have to be a no, this isn’t because of the whisky, it’s a loverly drop, it’s the price for me, if I could find it reduced I would by a bottle though.
Notes – This bottling is presented in its natural colour and is non chill filtered.
