Barley – Laureate. Yeast – Anchor (dry yeast).
Nose – Very fruity driven, Strawberry, Cherry, Plum/Damson jam, with feint Lemon.
Palate – so Jammy, Damson, Lemon, Plum, Cherry, and lovely Strawberry sweetness.
Finish – Long, fruit sweetness all the way, Cherry drop sweets, Plum, Red currant.
My thoughts – A really super fruity and refreshing New make spirit, and very little in the way of ethanol on the nose or palate.
