Appearance: Again, white wine in colour. A nice corrugated coating on the glass, plenty of medium legs.

Nose: Nose: Confectionary sugar-dusted berry sweetness. Nice amount of ABV (but what would I know). A nice funk too!
There are darker plum and blackberry jam notes too, as the glass matures.
Hay barn, honeydew melon. This is REALLY funky, almost proper cheesy!

Palate: Palate: Lovely oily arrival. Honey drenched cereals, slight eucalyptus, black pepper, plum, blackberry and maybe even mild chilli.
The second sip is more spice forward. Sweet spices but they pack a punch at this ABV. Hot cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon pepper, maybe clove?
There’s nothing not to like about this palate. No odd tinges or after-tastes. I like it.

Finish: Chocolate, cinnamon, black pepper and citrus bitterness

Overall: Very nice. Interesting nose and a lovely rich and indulgent palate.
